The time for testing is 95% determined by what the reservoir engineers want as the flow period is generally far far longer than the time to rig-up and do the wireline or coiled tubing runs.
First time around they said 1-2 days per zone, assuming now that they want 3-4 days per zone (just a guess) and that each CT run to move a sliding sleeve is 18 hours for any rigging up, pressure testing, running in, shifting sleeves and pullong out + rigging down...
So if they did all 4 zones again they would need 4 runs x 18 hours. One run to install and one to retrieve the ESP (which may take a bit longer bus say 18 hours for simplicity).
That gives 4-1/2 days for CT work. 3 days per zone gives 12 days of flow - and you're over the 2 week mark.
If they are happy with info gathered on zone #2 then that is still 5x18 + 3x72 = 306 (~13 days).
That said, I'm sure "material information" has been gathered over the last 2 weeks and NDO have an obligation to announce it...
