Is it that Australia starts a service to fetch people from Indonesia and bring them to Australia whereupon they can claim refugee status without any travel documentation?
If you required correct documentation to prove refugee status I suppose those without it would revert to the boats.
Are you proposing the use of ships or aircraft? I suppose they would go direct to the mainland and be released to the community immediatly.
So it would be a pick up service, no documentation direct into Australia.
