key points Key ponts are these in my view:

1. They flowed the same oil as in DST-1 which is positive...there is oil at that depth not water indicating a large hydrocarbon which would indicate a reserve size of around 300-400mmbl.

2. STO say the likely recoverable reserves are in excess of the 170mbbl pre drill estimate which is no surprise obviously, the question is how much.

2. I think the range of values for CUE based on xmbbl are as follows:
200mbbl - 27cps
250mbbl - 36cps
300mbbl - 46cps
400mbbl - 64cps
500mbbl - 83cps

These are consistent with broker estimates.

So pick a number, in my view 300-400mbbl would be about the right spot but the market may not be willing to pay that until STO confirms its range once all data is interpreted.
