    Why would any holder of SER be selling at around 8c now?? I believe this is a great announcement and very welcome news. In my view, it also leaves the door somewhat (quite?) open for competitive bid(s) coming about - which would have to come quite soon (a certain time pressure now for other interested party/parties - Japanese or otherwise).
    Personally, I am very HAPPY to hold SER. And I am thankful for an early Christmas present as well.
