Another person with an opportunistic buy order in around 4.9c that I never thought would fill, the idea of using old Ni infrastructure is a good one, and the transaction makes sense in the long run, but boy did they give away the farm in the capital raise, understand there would be some pretty pissed off existing holders with that discount.
