    Any thoughts on Departure of Ian Hay?

    Reading the announcement, there was a lot of praise for a new man, but very little was said about Ian.
    This could mean they parted on unfriendly terms.

    Brief, abrupt statement that he is leaving to pursue other interests, without the usual accolades and thanks for valuable contributions sounds to me like that they have not parted at best of terms.
    Could there be implications for AJA? One, I can think of immediately is lower wage bill but there could be more.
