He uses a time lag-picks up stocks that have moved then puts them into the portfolio at the price of one or two days earlier.
Dogs also seem to disappear out of the portfolio at the highest price that week.
Have not noticed his column lately, but he used to 'owe the broker' most of the time-effectively gearing up the portfolio. How often can we owe the broker past t+3?
