To put it simply,

During an argument and in times of emotional intensity,
when a rational response mode is required to keep things cool...we minimise tone fluctuations and we try not to trigger exclamation within the circle we are engaging our side of the story.
As i said, that is great for court and it is respected.
But a Prime Minister needs to be passionate about Us, the people, their country and our culture, or they are simply not as good as the next one in line who is in touch with their passion.

Who's next in line please?
We need another Prime Minister.
