Hello Just_a_guy, The announcement as I read it said that MLX have offered to acquire all the issued shares at HK$0.28 which equals your figure of about 76 mil Aud but then they go on to say the outstanding options will be cancelled for an equivalent price therefore how many options are there and shouldn't the value of the offer be $76 mil plus what ever the cost of the options work out to be?
