Question for those in the know.......Is it customary for a company like WDS to spend 500-800k per day AKA, millions, in expenses to drill a test hole for oil without telling shareholders? Or is this type of thing unheard of? Maybe they spend millions and then say SURPRICE! Kind of doubt it but hoping someone here might know. Cheers
