nicto, ex price on ARDO will remain at 20 cents until after USN divvie is completed. So atm it is better not to convert, if I want the USN divvie I'd be better to just buy some ARD heads at sub-20 cents rather than convert my ARDO. I intend to hold my ARDO until close to expiry and then convert (or sell if I have run out of cash!).
I am not so sure that USN will drop after the Bullant acquisition, because by then there should be some good news on Bullant progress. I am keen to get some USN one way or another because Bullant is a great asset for them with 100% ownership.
