Nonsense mattsmall. Winning a case does not imply that management acted ethically or morally or that they are indeed "right". All it implies is that in the eyes of one particular judge/jury/arbitrator the *law* favoured one party over another. The law is certainly not a landscape of black and white, right and wrong. There are may shades of grey and situations where the law borders on ludicrous and goes against common sense. I think most would agree that the behaviour of JRV management just prior to the last EGM was reprehensible, put apparently it was not illegal. Lawmakers are continually looking to close unfortunate loopholes in legislation and perhaps this (i.e. management issuing shares to a friendly party just prior to an EGM) is one that will be attended to.
