    yes, however those mines will run out. You need to encourage businesses to reinvest which was basically thrown out under Marxist QLD labor. Removing or reducing those royalties, or at least differentiate between coke and thermal is a start. QLD needs coal or it’s bankrupt, and QLD needs new investment to maintain high paying jobs and industry. Not everyone can work for the public service and the public service can’t be funded without coal.

    Inner city left, the unemployed and the young don’t realise coal isn’t going anywhere for a long time and without it QLD is stuffed.
