as ida have already taken and held the first payment for on going works, as they said they would do. and the td is declaration for the dividend payment (long ago they mentioned 15cents but of course that changed wiht a lessor amount and time passed, a long time with mount more cost involved)... assuming we get the second, or tanz is going to delay, .... interesting there was a laid out procecess if they didn't, tanz could read and follow those well places instructions to dealy payment and get interest on the remainding payment in the processs., the world bank money.,
they, tanz, of course spent most of the last 18mnths using legal avenues to delay payment, and more so after the world bank payemtn- they will do a fine balance act of not snubbing the world bank grants, via an trustworthy act, as likley they will want future grants.
i hope the world bank has put into place guidance to see that monies given are use in the right place and not diverted into, pockets they are suppose to be.
i didn''t like very much the amoutn of preformance enhanced payment to our exec, seem will get paid regardless of outcome.
gets and high wage, has brought extra shares (more dividend) and now bonuses ontop, why can''t exec get will paid like many of use as payment for the job they are doing, we don't get all these bonuses for doing what we do every day, wage for work, or excessive wage for work done.
not against buying share at these own expence to show confidence in there efforts and company, BUT as i recall many trades seem to be a well below the then current SP, think 7.8cent, while the rest of use paid 8.5-9.5cents, was there an entitlement to buy cheaper.
