1) Because mine is positively geared & I can claim building depreciation.
2) Because house price always go up long term (unending RBA money printing = toilet paper AUD currency)
3) Because inflation will make appreciating hard assets (land & gold) owners richer.
4) Because demographic, population growth & migration rate is very strong. Less supply , excessive demand.
5) Because I already fully owned my PPOR… need to park my extra money elsewhere.
