. Sure sure... I don't see them repealing, they're thieves. I'm just saying, the top tier at 40% of everything above $300/t isn't being triggered in a meaningful way right now. The thieves in treasury aren't benifiting from that tax bracket significantly right now, therefore they wouldn't miss it if it were repealed right now. Therefore, the new face of the same coin (LNP) could repeal it and claim they were pro-coal because they reduced a tax that was bad for coal, but, wasn't really a tax that was being paid.
