The term "if silver goes up" meaning if silver increases in value. I see it as silver returnning to its real price. Mike Maloney spoke about the silver manipulated price being like a spring. The harder you push down on the spring the higher the spring reaches.This means the spring will return to normal size afterwards. My advice to anyone who is looking into the silver boom is subscribe to someone who is in the know. One thing is for sure, it will never return to below its actual market price.

Here is another point to make about the dollar and how China and Russia see it
Russia and china have stopped trading with each other in US dollar,yuan started trading against Russian ruble on the Chinese interbank market. This is seriousely bad news for the US dollar and huge news around the world.
