Is pretty obvious the brokers will inflate the bid side as they were stuck taking up most of the rights issue as it was poorly supported by retail as most of them are looking to exit after being caught for 4 years. They will have limited cash anyway after relisting and will be required to raise further cash to pay legal fees and existing debt obligations
