The Supreme Court has already rebutted much , if not all that is attributed to K in this article.
IMO K knows that they can't win and this is a desperate move to try to get a compromise .

IMO:I think the Court will not want to get involved in any deals ..it will want to clearly rebut any attack on its integrity and/or competence.A very dangerous card for K to play imo.

IMO there is a game being played out ithrough the media. It is not in K's interest for no-one to know what is happening. I think that they realise that some sort of buyoff is there only hope .Not a strong hand imo. I would hope that the Court would be VERY upset by some of the inferences in the article and move quickly to stamp its authority ..particularly over K. Just my thoughts . Regards Q
