2 days is the standard halt. They can announce today. Don't expect them to do so, but it is common. Talking casing implies that they at least found something worth continuing. Expected 4 days to drill. Actual 4 days - so (probably) trouble free at least(?). On the balance of probabilities, it is most likely successful, but not necessarily - especially with the reporting style (history) of OEL. They may also have to go into a TH because Bryon will make an announcement first. Worth monitoring the BYE website if they keep it current. Good luck to holders.
