In my view for the revenue growth to be material in demonstrating the company is making ground in its commercial rollouts, the cash receipts in this 4C needs to be circa $2.5-2.6m.
However, given that the 4C hasn't been released yet I am more inclined to think that revenue growth has not been good in the September 1/4 and cash receipts may have only marginally grown to circa $2m, which will be a disappointment.
