Hi wipeoff - I didn't say that the company has confirmed the issue price of the new shares - I said the (ordinary) shares can be bought at 3c (or the going market rate) The options however are free with a strike price of 2c.

The company will be eager to get started with their aggressive exploration program so that they can get the share price up and raise enough revenue to fund this, as well as some acquisitions.

Then they can set a price for the shares at say 6c rather than say 3c and raise twice the revenue. Imagine how excited shareholders would be to get their chance for free options at 2c in 2-3 years. That is a great incentive to take up the offer. I know I will.

So if you believe in what they have got and think it is worth a punt, then get in now. The share price is being held down by all this uncertainty. Once the lease is renewed, strap yourself in. (imo)
