Thanks Puzzled. Agree with the above, but all fairly boring but good, more of the same, a focused business building out, readying itself for continued growth.
No dividends while strong growth. Country count is 42, but some of these will be small and there is humanitarian story that builds out which may or probably results in future sales. The Ukraine has seen $0.5M humanitarian assistance with a couple of orders subsequently. Similar to Israel and Gazza, with no orders to date. This may but probably not initiated by PolyNovo but requests.
Further to Japan (per Puzzled post) it looks as if we may have early entry to 2 Chinese provinces close to Hong Kong, so there is consistency for people close to HK. Otherwise entry will require a more formal protracted entry. China 2nd largest device market (not sure if this is in reference to dermal solutions or more broadly, Japan 3rd, so these markets provide great opportunity. Exposure to India growing rapidly, but still only Govt Hospitals.
Ed (US head) was talking about thoughts / planning for new device rollout,; it being difficult depended on the device area. For example Podiatry could go via a distributor, but then he would like Hospitals to have all products available in the scenario of a single patient requiring multiple wound trauma. What are others thoughts about rolling new products out? Does this warrants its own blog? Maybe premature.
Barda trail enrolment complete, but my feeling it would still be another 3 months until designation ( looking on the positive as far as approval).
Director sales-Lumsden's 50K share sale recently was to fund home renovations, he still has 100K shares.
Number / scale of Senior Management, a question raised as it thought PNV having similar / same as CSL. This was handled well, PNV is evolving there is some role stretch, as evolves over time. I took this as the mix will change with the need, but PNV look to be an excelent but nimble organisation.
All directors required to have at least the value of their directors fees in PNV shares.
Skills matrix is expected for next AGM/ annual report.
No share price discussion.
No quarterlies, we are probably getting to mature for $1M sales months announcements. No guidance. No projections (too hard) but demand doesn't stop because we enter July. ... On budget.... but no guidance! No discussions / questions on line or the floor, but some in the lift after the meeting! To me, as an investor, I want some context as how things are tracking, especially if the share price is flat / volume flat. Others thoughts here?
Refer to the website recording for more details.
Putting the humanitarian and country growth, the AGM was pretty dull, the red jacket got some lime light near the end. No DW flamboyance!
A continued work in progress, boring but good, and the product is getting out to needy patients. Hopefully the share price will take acre of itself, SOON!
Cheers
