    What I believed from last four PEN presentations that Debt to Equity will be 60:40.

    I read lots of smartness in Gus Decisions in dealing with Pala. Pala is just one of the Investor. It is a smart idea to attract few others.

    Now whole ball game has changed.

    I see management will maintain 60:40 Debt to Equity at any cost.
