hi ville - i'm way out of league here but i would have thought the board would be in just as much trouble ....
1. if they didn't hold meetings and
2. if those meetings weren't minuted

i have great difficulty understanding how their momentous decisions could have been made without board meetings

and i'm in full agreement with bigsky9 - i would love to see litigation that targeted the directors specifically and individually. i would gladly withdraw from any current class action if this type of litigation was tabled
