Finally some meaningful information about the status of the approvals process.
Based only on my past experiences elsewhere, this demonstrates a good reason for some hope finally that the approval process is well in hand. The acceptance of the management plans is critical to getting across the line on approvals, the comment about many meetings with EPA signals that proper negotiation appears to have taken place and a demonstration that there have been tradeoffs for EPA concerns all show real progress. In my humble opinion, the site visit means that EPA have come to the point of feeling they can properly associate with the project. This is no guarantee of course because the final steps will be political rather than EPA process. But it is good to see that the EPA process is finally moving towards a conclusion.
This is not advice and only a matter of my personal opinion but I have moved my sentiment from none to hold.
