My Comments & Views yesterdays webinar

1. RMQ is a very good communicator , highly intelligent and knows her stuff - what a great person to have on board .

2. She has a business brain as well and I suspect an infectious tenacity and ability to motivate people and build morale

3. Dont underestimate the ability of some one like this to inspire others .....

4. The CDH 17 Trials are very very much cutting edge stuff ...and as more details come to hand on the the progress of that , its likely that there will be a large and interested audience . My understanding is that the IP has the potential to effectively eclipse a large part of the earlier and currently ongoing Car T treatments , and at a much cheaper price , due pretty much to the off the shelf delivery .

CHM CDH17 is a first-in-class, 3rd generation CDH17 CAR T invented at the world-renowned cell therapy centre, the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) in the laboratory of Dr. Xianxin Hua, professor in the Department of Cancer Biology in the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute at Penn. Preclinical evidence for CDH17 CAR T was published by Dr. Hua and his colleagues in March 2022 in Nature Cancer demonstrating complete eradication of tumours in 7 types of cancer in mice. CHM CDH17 is currently being studied in a phase 1/2 clinical trial in gastrointestinal and neuroendocrine tumours that was initiated in 2024.

5. I liked the way she didn't stuff around over the placement etc etc and make excuses about stuff ...it is what it is ... money was needed .... and it had to be done quickly . The funds were raised .


Theres lots more I could say ..... but closing comment

I will not be surprised if there is a massive change of sentiment around CHM over the next couple of months , based on the realisation of exactly what they are doing ....and the the comparable value of their enterprise to other players .
