There are a lot of questions to be answered before we will have any idea how this developement will affect share value. Maybe the Australian assets are about to be bought out to. That would explain why management are so keen to jump ship. Hopefully some more info will be revealed today. A month has passed since the Sheraton announcement without news on legal appeals so the positive decision regarding this asset should now be binding.I am sitting on the edge of my seat.
