The biggest concern is the rights issue not being underwritten and what TRF is going to do. As public shareholders we do not have insight into the support for the raising by the instos/sophs and 30M is a big ask in anybody's language around Xmas time. IMO if the issue is undersubscribed there may be an exodus in a big way.

I am not down ramping as I was a long term holder and hoping to see them into production but too many concerns for me now.

Unfortunately, as we have seen of late not enough concrete decisions or information coming out of IFE/TRF that gives people confidence to remain a share holder.

I sold out last week (after over nearly 18 months holding TRF) and will await the above outcomes before looking at reentry, which I expect will be after the first qtr next year and IFE/TRF have some completed milestones under their belt.
