It depends on who is waiting at 4.8c. Last time it got wiped off it rebuild very quickly. Maybe a second force is waiting. In that case they would be reluctant to drive the sp down further. They have the software to see who is placing orders but also the programs to withdraw orders before any of theirs can get hit.
Look, they can drive it down to 0.1c in one go if they think it makes sense for them. In the same way up to 10c as well. It's all about their goals which are either buying, selling or just trading.
Using the BBs is a good tool to show pattern of the past and maybe to have a good guess of what they could do next but contrarily to Slick, I don't use them for entree or exit points because of paragragh 2 above. BBs, like all the other indicators show 100% accuracy displaying the past but can't be used not even for the next second or minute to predict 100% the future.
