think it is 30% - 35% less, so could assume at most the combined dividend would be 30% less at best,
feel the margin re cost and lower payout may queeze that even a bit lower. 7-5 to 8cent return. so are we fully priced at current SP 10.5, think 12c look a safe haven to me. as we will have a company well funded for 2 years
