19.9% is as close to 20% as you'll ever get, so for my mind it can be reasonably safe to assume that it's the one entity.
Now what is also interesting is that this 'entity' did not own any shares in the roo prior to filling the placement.
So who is it?
Hopefully the substantial holder's notice will be lodged prior to Xmas.
