3 directors sold down, almost to nothing. My guess is that the directors are selling assets to themselves through another company name, paying themselves what little they did sell it for and then sell then resign leaving it for dead. I did hold this stock a year ago but sold out as this seemed to me what was happening. I hope for shareholders stake that it isn't true but the writting doesn't look good.
