Further to the takeover speculation, this comes from Barry Fitzgerald's Garimpeiro column in The Age today.
"West African gold specialist Perseus (PRU) was the main gold pick in June when it was trading at $2.06 a share.
It is staying in the December picks, even if it has raced from the June level to $3.33. Perseus has got everything the big boys of the gold industry want.
If it does not get taken over in 2011, Garimpeiro will go he."
Due to a typographical error, it's not clear where Fitz will go if PRU isn't swallowed next year. I'll ask and post his response, if any.
