If someone can afford to take out 2.8m at 3.2c then you'd have to think he's done very well at this game so has plenty of experience.
What he appears to be saying is, it's not getting below 3.2c again, so I'll take these now because the price is only going up from here.
After a month of drilling under the belt a positive progress report from management could be a possibility ?
