The market will dictate the price when the stock re-lists Sam, non-holders won't have any influence. Who is the one ramping Sam? You are clearly downramping to try and enter lower, just like you did on BPH. Good luck with that. Maybe you can be the lucky buyer of GB 6% non-substantial holding.
