you sounds pretty nieve sydney, probably best not to give people advice. shareprices move up and down for many reasons, its very common for stocks to be pushed down to that instos and insiders can accumulate.
also this stock is very illiquid, so its best you dont read too much into the shareprice action. there is no way they would be testing it if they didnt think it was high chance of being commercial find.
