I think your on money with share consoildation. That will also reduce Vald shares but he has few options like loan being paid in shares or his private company being owed $10M converting to shares at some point. I'm sorry to say shareholders here are biggest losers. Very important lesson learnt never invest in company where directors are flogging assets from private company to listed company. Just look at Vald getting paid hundred thousands directors wages + supper and then selling Victory bore assets to SRN share price gone from 4 cents 2021 to $0.005.
