    I was out since I knew about that SRN owes him the assests he sold earlier in 2019. It's always red flag when a director sells his personal assests to a listed company he is supposed to work for.
    his personal intrests is absolutely in conflict with the company intrests. This kind of behaviour should be banned on ASX
