@Mo1983 I didnt know about this, so hes using SRN funds (money received from Australian public) to pay for his private assets to bring into SRN, surely thats a conflict of interest.
Lets guess hes making a huge profit off shareholders, selling the asset to SRN for more than he bought it. Thats a joke, should of done a deeper dive here, Ive found another company thats doing that it was a red flag so I didnt get in and so glad I didnt. Check out GMN, had a director there thats selling tenements from his own private company (In Brazil you can buy tenements for thousands of dollars ) and selling these tenements to the public company hes a director of GMN. Basically this is just taking money from shareholders and putting into his own private account. GMN is now trading at 0.001-0.002, should of done that same deep dive here it seems, as thats a massive red flag if true.
Could you give me some pointers as to what announcements outilned Vlad doing this practice of selling his own assets to SRN.
