It has been a pretty rough few months for micro cap companies I hold issuing large amount of performance shares
And now M7T CEO Mike Lampron is being issued 800,000 performance rights / shares for what looks like very low performance hurdles ?
He gets 200,000 performance shares / rights for each of these 4 x hurdles:
Top 3 in KLAS rankings in segments where M7T products are assessed
Achieving EBITDA in FY 2027 ? Which is nearly 3 years away
ARR to exceed operating expenses in FY 27 ? Again, this is nearly 3 years away
Plus total shareholder returns to be at least 50th percentile of the ASX Technology Index
Sounds to me like the growth ambitions of this business are very low based on these "performance hurdles"
