Interesting thought etherx, after all, RJ was in China for a week.
But, I would be most surprised if "something" doesn't come out re the MOU this week. SinoGas asked for the extension to 31 December and they will be notifying (or have already notified)ICN of their progress, one way or the other, which ICN would have to ann.
Most unlike ICN for there to be no "leads" from the market.
No big buyers in anticipation, nor, big sellers and very many people aware of the MOU expiry date???
I will just be watching volumes to "tell" us something.
