Yes results SHOULD get the SP moving, the thing is the market knows even if all .008 oppies are exercised they only have enough cash until June 2025, as RMQ said if they have to do another CR it won't be pretty, this unknown financial aspect may keep the SP down for a while unfortunately!
We have seen plenty of stocks where we know a CR is potentially coming & the SP does not do much.
If a financial backer is found =great.
If CHM had plenty of cash the MC would be at least 100 mil IMO.
