I don't see this as particularly out of the ordinary or excessive. Unless A2M has some out of control employee costs that I'm not aware of, what's the problem? It's not like your average rank and file A2M employee is to blame for supply chain issues at Synlait.
LinkedIn is a recruitment site and posts should be read purely with that purpose in mind.
I agree with special dividend as well by the way. But just because management has a tight hold on the purse strings doesn't have any thing to do with the regular employees.
