I think they may have doubled down or increased they shorts at the very least.
They are working awfully hard to show lower highs and lower lows on the chart the last 5 days. This is contrary to what gold (USD and AUD even more so) and other goldminers have been in the same period - Higher highs and higher lows.
I guess we will see the short positions in the next few days. But If what I suspect is true (that they've increased) then these shorts are well beyond hubris. This is now crazy.
