Australian workers do... the government gets taxes, Australian businesses get the benefit of what's spent.

Australians also invest in Chinese companies, and US and other country's based companies either directly or any indirectly via funds etc.

dunno whether you've caught up with all this hint o' poo, funds flow into the country and funds flow out of the country depending the investment
