I understood what you meant about the Russians laughing, mate. I just emphasised for all the seriousness of the situation in that Russia is acting out of concern to try to defuse the confrontation. If the Russians are concerned, then I'm even more concerned. I'm on record as saying NK is blustering for aid, but still nervous something can go wrong.
