Spot on @PJWhite. If China pulls the graphite lever, the west can't make a LiB because they don't have any graphite AAM to put in it.
You'd think the govt's and OEM's etc would be doing everything in their power to make sure there was ex-China graphite available. Instead, all ex-China AAM processing plants are being built at a snails pace and future plants or expansions are being delayed. You would have thought Tesla would be taking delivery of AAM from Vidalia asap. Instead, they're delaying taking delivery
