It doesnt really matter what industry it is, management principles are the same for the most part.

It simple to evaluate management performance. See current SP. Pick an analyst report too and see same garbage repeated that hinders the price. If a2 management were doing so well then why is price shot and falling.

Are many of the well known issues present still and not been resolved? Yes.

Is there any solid plan to alleviate or mitigate those risks? No there doesnt seem to be as price keeps dropping and rhetoric from analysts still same. ahh if there is, we clearly dont know the status of proposed plans.

No need to overcomplicate things at all.

I stood by how things were initially, the whole give management a shot to turn things around, which initially, it did look promising, fixing how the product is sold, and getting rid of daigou way. That was done pretty quickly and was really bare minimum to get things back on track,,,

What else have they done though?

Each time price gets smashed and barely recovers which is now happening consistently and nothing seems to change it, well then that initial grace has long been shattered.

How many chances are they gona get to sort things? When getting paid so much, there isnt many chances to do nothing.

How much are you willing to give them?
