By denying overseas shareholders with a clear and simple pathway to express there feeling's about a company they have a financial interest in, squires the democratic right of a shareholder for right of reply. What annoyes me is that we have around 30% of the shareholders who just have no say regarding there investment. Period.
As German Federal government is the mandated funds source, what does it say about there citizen's from participating in the company they seek funding from.
Any vote not cast by our overseas holders will be tainted by there exclusion at the AGM.
They've had 12 months to sort this disenfranchisement out.
I still believe in the project, but I less than impressed with this matter still not being resolved.
Otherwise the news flow is better than it used to be. Also I'm delighted that our news updates are available in German. In addition from desk is a little more up to date. These are issues I've raised at previous AGM for the betterment of shareholders. In addition, i can say ive held them accountable for the correct use if customer and potential customers.
On another note it is finally noted that campaign is finally in the pipeline for seeking out I believe for either MOUs or Binding Agreements. This in particular gave me some sense of confidence that the company is going out to market product samples produced by the PQF.
